pub fn read(name: string) -> Option<i64>

Read one canonical metric by name.

Returns None when the metric name is unknown.

pub fn scrape() -> string

Render the current metric registry in scrape text format.

pub fn series() -> string

Render the canonical metric series names, one per line.

pub fn barrier() -> Result<(), ObserveError>

Returns an error when called from an actor turn or when the native runtime's bounded 30-second internal wait expires.

Wait for actor-turn observe attribution visible to series/scrape.
